My brother Dan and his family came out for a visit - we had a blast - we went to a Rockies Game, went to Cheyenne, WY, Nebraska (Ian wants to hit all of the states). We went to Waterworld and tiny town.

My New Bike

Here is my new bike. I went out for my long ride and so far so good - I love it!

Howie Endurance Project had a big group at the Lake Havasu Triathlon in Arizona. Craig (our coach) and family (Jen and Grable). Amy and her parents (Jim and Eileen) , myself, Jess and Matt, Mike, Lisa (and her son Tommy) , Mike and Thea. It is definitely a race we would like to return to.
