Trip to New York

My trip to New York was a lot of fun - we went camping upstate with Missy, Kelly, Jen, Sue, Kitty, Nicole, Maria, Debbie, Michelle, Tracey and all of their families. Here is Pete - my godson (Missy's son) We went mtn biking.

This is Lexi (Missy's daughter)- she has absolutely no fear so I think she is definitely going to be a COB.

This was a deer standing on the side of the road on my way home.

Moab, Utah

Every year Bryan organizes a trip to Moab, Utah. We stay at the Group Campsite at Dead Horse Point and it is always a lot of fun. This year we had some bad weather on Saturday and came home early but we had a great time until then.

The group riding at Mill Canyon. I had never ridden Mill Canyon before and it was a lot of fun. 15 miles of a mix of rock and sand - the sand wiped most of us out because you pedal and go nowhere. We looped around these two big rock formations called Monitor and Miramack which are really cool.

Mike and Karen's Wedding

Mike and Karen got married on September 27, 2008 at the golf course in Boulder. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time at the wedding.

COB - these are the girls that mountain bike on Tuesday nights - it is fun to get dressed up since we are usually in biking clothes.

Our house

Verne took this picture of our house from his remote control helicopter. I thought it was a really cool picture.

Kansas House

We are about to purchase this house in Russell Kansas. We bought this mostly for Verne who is in Kansas a lot storm chasing. I will probably visit more often then I originally thought because there is a really pretty lake (Lake Wilson) with mountain bike trails nearby. I think the road bike riding will be pretty nice as well.
